Este o mancare foarte bună, fără foc, ușoară și apreciată.<br />
Poate fi servită cu salate, cu pireu de cartofi, tocanită de fasole, orez sau orice considerați voi.<br />
<br />
Ingrediente<br />
- 1 pachet pufuleti<br />
- 1 bulion sau rosii proaspete<br />
- ulei<br />
- 1 ceapa<br />
- 5 catei de usturoi<br />
- 1 pachet soia bucatele<br />
- 1 legătură de pătrunjel<br />
<br />
Am fiert usor bucățelele de soia.<br />
<br />
Sosul de pufuleți l-am facut cu ajutorul unui mixer de bucătărie cu cuțite.<br />
Se pun puțini pufuleți, apoi puțină apă, puțin ulei și se începe mixarea, încet și treptat pană se încorporează întregul pachet de pufuleți și bulionul de roșii.<br />
<br />
După ce sostul este gata, se pune ceapa și usturoiul tocat și pătrunjelul la final. Se adaugă soia bucățele și se potrivește de sărat.<br />
<br />
Mie mi-a ieșit mai dulceag și ne-a plăcut mult.<br />

Spaghetele le-am facut din dovlecei cu gulioara.<br />
- doi dovlecei cruzi, curatati de coaja si razuiti lung<br />
- am adaugat seminte de susan negru<br />
- o ceapa verde intreaga maruntita, suplimentar<br />

Sosul este din ketchup de casă si l-am pus peste ele.<br />
<br />
Salata din morcovi si varză, are ulei de măsline şi condimente.<br />
<br />
"Mititeii" sunt tot asa fără foc şi bineînţeles vegani :)<br />

- ceapa mărunţită tocata fin<br />

Here is a light and tasty raw salad which I prepared for<br />
Christmas Eve.<br />

We need:<br />
- fresh mushrooms<br />
- sauerkraut<br />
- onions<br />
- garlic<br />
- cream<br />
<br />
We peel the mushrooms, we cut them into small pieces, we add the sauerkraut, the chopped garlic and about two onions.<br />
<br />
As spices I used salt, pepper and a bit of thyme, with a lot of cream at the end.<br />

Ar fi nevoie de un robot de bucatarie, alaturi de urmatoarele ingredietente:<br />

Fructele uscate impreuna cu fulgii de ovaz se macina bine prin robot pana se transforma intr-o pasta. Ulterior se amesteca cu miere, si nuca de cocos. Daca este nevoie se adauga putina apa pentru a inmuia compozitia.<br />

Se poate aroma usor cu lamaie sau vanilie.<br />
Se fac bilute care se pudreaza cu nuca de cocos.<br />

Than add the whole can of green peas.<br />Cut the pickles into small pieces also.<br />For the mayo you can use an egg, oil , mustard,<br />mixed in a blender.
