Ingredients:
- 3 beetroots
- 2 onions
- fresh cheese
- spices
Chop the betroots in a blender and mix them with the small pieces from the onions. Add the cheese and as spices you can use salt, pepper and any of them as you are inspired.
You'll enjoy a wonderful colour on your plate.
